Book your appointment now – we look forward to seeing you.
Whether it’s an initial consultation, treatment or advice, contact us in writing or by phone. We will get back to you promptly with suggested appointment times.
With a doctor’s prescription, the costs of physiotherapy treatment are, as a rule, covered by your health insurer’s basic insurance (compulsory health insurance) – minus your personal cost contribution (deductible and co-payment). Billing is handled directly between us and the insurer.
Under the tariff agreement, a session is set at 20–30 minutes; this also includes scheduling appointments and keeping your records. The first session is used for the case history, the physiotherapy assessment and defining goals.
You are also very welcome without a doctor’s prescription. Many patients use our services as a preventive measure or for additional support in everyday life, in sport or after rehab. The costs are as follows:
The following material costs are not covered by health or accident insurance and are invoiced to you privately:
Please note that scheduled treatment appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not attend or cancel at short notice, we reserve the right to invoice you privately for the appointment at CHF 50 – regardless of whether you have a doctor’s prescription.
This cancellation fee is not covered by your health insurer, as no therapeutic service has been provided in this case.
Thank you for your understanding and for your consideration towards other patients who rely on appointments that become available at short notice.
