Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) and delivered via its network. When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page accessed and the time of access are processed automatically. This data is used to ensure secure and stable operation and to fix errors, and it is not combined with other data. In the process, data may be processed in the USA.
We use the information you provide in the contact form (first name, last name, email, phone number, message) exclusively to process your enquiry. To send it to our mailbox, we use our email provider Hostpoint (Hostpoint AG, Switzerland). We send an automatic acknowledgement of receipt to the email address you provide. It contains neither your message nor any of your other details. The form does not use a captcha and does not set any cookies.
For online appointment booking, we use Cenplex, a booking system from Switzerland. When you click on “Book an appointment”, the Cenplex booking window opens. The information you enter there is processed by Cenplex on our behalf. No connection to Cenplex is established unless you click.
For course registration, we use the booking system SportsNow. Clicking “Book via SportsNow” takes you to the SportsNow website. The information you enter there is processed by SportsNow on our behalf. No connection to SportsNow is established unless you click.
Our website itself does not set any cookies. In your browser’s storage (local storage), we only store your choice in the privacy settings so that we do not have to ask you again on every visit.
We only load web analytics (section 7) once you have given your consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
If you consent to the “Statistics” category, we use Google Analytics 4, integrated via Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, USA). In the process, information about your use of the website is transferred to Google and may be processed in the USA. The analysis is carried out in aggregated form and serves to improve our services. Without your consent, neither Google Tag Manager nor Google Analytics is loaded.
We drew the map on our website ourselves using data from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence). It is loaded from our own server; no data is transferred to third parties in the process. Only when you click on a route or directions link does the relevant service open: by car Google Maps (Google LLC, USA), on iPhone and iPad Apple Maps (Apple Inc., USA), by public transport the SBB online timetable (Swiss Federal Railways SBB, Switzerland). The provider then receives the start and destination of the route, and its privacy policy applies. Without a click, no connection to these services is established.
The fonts used on this website are stored on our own server; no fonts are loaded from Google or other providers. Our Instagram profile is merely linked. Data is only transferred to Instagram once you follow the link.
We do not currently offer a newsletter.
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods.
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil legal obligations, or to the service providers named in this policy who process data on our behalf (Vercel, Hostpoint, Cenplex, SportsNow and – with your consent – Google). Some of these providers are based in the USA. For transfers abroad, we rely on the contractual guarantees of these providers.
